Positive: I stayed in 4 hotels on this trip, 3 of which were 5-star, and this was the only one that truly made me feel like I was in a 5-star hotel; even the TV had my name on it when I turned it on. The room had everything of high quality and the service was excellent.

Negative: The pool could use a heater and the gym could have more leg training machines.
