Positive: Cute, quaint and comfortable for the two of us and our dog. Loved the privacy of the fenced yard. It was all that we needed.
Negative: The barn doors on bedrooms and bathroom don't allow for enough privacy as regular doors. It would be uncomfortable with another couple or children. The 10 digit lock code was excessive. And after one mistake locked us put for a very long time(not the few seconds the instructions indicated not or even a minute later worked. And locking it was almost impossible. Digital locks are great, I love them, but trash that digital lock.
