Summary: The exterior doors need some maintenance but the insides are well maintained, very clean, and modern. The amenities are all in very good working order and well kept especially the AC. Every room I've had is dry with no unpleasent odors.The staff is very curteous and quick to resolve any issue. The wi-fi/cable does tend to go out when a big storm rolls through, but it is not their infrastructure that is the problem. I have stayed at several hotels in the Sumter area for business and Quality Inn is by far the nicest and cleanest for those on a budget. I definitely recommend them and stay there often.
