Summary: The staff were very nice and the location was good. However, the elevator was out of order and we were on the second floor. Also, the back doors did not work with the key card and they were often found propped open. The room was stuffy and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK. The shower was fine and the towels were clean, but stained.
