Summary: Room was not totally clean, blood on a roll of toilet paper, dirty desk surface. Floors sticky because they mop the floor with pledge? 2:30AM there was a very loud disturbance in the hallway and in the adjacent room. About 30 min later it happened again. Need to screen better the types of people booking rooms.
