Please be advised that the check in and check out procedure will be made by our sister Hotel next door . In general the guests will have a 24 hours service by the hotel (free of charges) and are allowed to use all the facilities of the hotel. The hotel concierge services such as bookings of excursions, waterski, scuba diving, yoga etc. will also be provided to the guests of the Villa. Futhermore guests will have a special price for the American buffet breakfast of the hotel which will be at €10,00 for each adult ,per day and €5,00 for children 2-10 years old.
Tucked away in this pretty corner of Sivota and within a five minute stroll to the beach, This peaceful haven of taste and style, stunning sea views can be admired from every room, as well as from the larger than average infinity swimming pool terrace. Situated handily just outside the main grounds of our Hotel in a private area.
This beautifully designed villa prides itself on providing guests with a unique, relaxing experience occupying a peaceful position and boasting fantastic sea views along the coastline and out to the Ionian sea. The villa is designed with a lovely mix of contemporary and traditional décor and the attention to detail. The stunning vistas are highlighted by the living room's large windows capturing the scenery from every angle. The pretty stone built exterior belies the grandness of the interiors, which has a comfortable and inviting ambience and the owners excellent taste is reflected in the many fascinating and beautiful artefacts that come together in an eclectic and harmonious whole. Next to the private infinity pool make the most of the panoramas stretching as far as the eye can see, with the bay spread out below and the countryside all around. Additional natural shading from the mature manicured gardens, create a delightful backdrop for days lazing round the pool. The sandy beach of Agios Nicolas is immediately below the villa whilst Sivota is an extremely pretty port with many flotillas of yachts bobbing in the harbour, and a great range of traditional tavernas to more sophisticated restaurants and bars giving a restful laid back feel.
