Summary: Had an experience which I never expected from a hotel like Radisson. On the day of checkout I left my bag at the reception and received a tag. Later during the day, I gave an additional bag to the lady at the reception and asked her to stow it away with my existing bag and showed her my luggage tag. When I went to collect my bags at the time of departure, only one bag was returned. Second bag went missing. When tried to explain the lady ( different than the one earlier) played dumb and didn’t want to investigate what happened to the bag. It has left a bad taste about Radisson. People staying here beware! The incident happened on the 26th March 2026 around 9:00 pm Brazil time.
