Positive: Pretty much everything about Raven’s Nest was top shelf. The apartment is very spacious and a lovely, comfortable place to sit and relax after a long day of hiking and exploring. The full kitchen had everything you need if you want to make a meal or prefer to eat in, but it was also steps away from all the wonderful downtown restaurants. (The schnitzel restaurant right across the street is exceptional.) The apartment really is “perfectly located on Main Street”! And yet still offers breathtaking mountain views from the windows and the amazing balcony. The communications from the management team were extremely helpful to make sure we knew where to park, how to find everything, and how to access the facilities, and they responded very quickly anytime I sent them a message. We were a little concerned about the street parking rather than a parking lot, but it turned out to be fine and easy to manage. The rest of the building is offices and a restaurant, but we never heard any noise from those establishments, and only a bit of bbq chicken smell, which was usually around dinner time anyway so not any real issue. This apartment was an absolute gem of a find and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on a future visit.
