Positive: Zack Xie from the concierge was awesome! He is professional and went beyond the call of duty to help me purchase an item on Xianyu. My foreign credit card and handphone number were not accepted on the platform. Zack used his own account to look for the item and communicate with the seller for me. He purchased the item on my behalf and kept me updated on the parcel delivery. I was delighted to receive my item! If not for Zack, this would not have been possible. Regent Beijing is fortunate to have such an excellent employee. Keep up the good work Zack!

Negative: The shower area in the bathroom didn’t drain properly.
