You will find your perfect home away from home in this great family home, with a spacious yard and pool (not heated). Make yourself comfortable, sit back, and relax in this amazing space! Whether you come for a weekend, a week, or more, you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay! There is a 2 car garage for your use as well.
The space
Lots of seating on the large sectional. Master bedroom has a king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress for your comfort. Full size laundry in the garage. Spacious backyard with a pool.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, along with the yard and garage.
NOTE: Important Pool Information
Pool maintenance person will be out to service pool every week on Wednesday. DO NOT lock the back gate or he will be unable to access the pool and you will be charged for this, as this causes the pool chemicals to become imbalanced and the pool turns green and is unable to be used.
DO NOT remove the vacuum from the pool, EVER, under any circumstances! This will cause the filter to be damaged and will result in a $2,000 replacement which will be charged to you. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the use of the pool and following these simple rules will ensure that happens.

With our keyless entry, you can rest assured that safety is our first priority. You will be assigned a unique code which will only be active during your stay. We are available 24/7 through vrbo messaging, as well as by phone, to address all your needs before, during and after your stay!

• No pets.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property including apartment complex. The apartment complex has No Smoking rules as well. Because other tenants are smoking does not grant permission. We are providing housing through a corporate lease, being 100% compliant is imperative. No smoking, no cigarette butts littering, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, and no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on the property, including the apartment complex. Please smoke on the street.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM.
• Self-check-in with a smart lock.
• Do not disrespect your neighbors.
• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
• Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
• We do not allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.
• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors.
• No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.
• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.
