Summary: We had to contact Lisa when we got there because she never sent the check in information to us. We had no door code to get in. When we got ready to go to bed we pulled out the trundle beds downstairs and they were not clean. The sheets and the mattress were both dirty and there were no clean sheets to change them. For the amount we had to pay for one night I would expect a clean bed to sleep in.
