Summary: The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.
