Negative: My family and I stayed one night in this apartment and unfortunately did not have the best of experiences . To start off with, the owner of this apartment was very rude to us through messages after our departure of stay. He asked for all 6 of our IDs which I reluctantly sent as I was weary of a stranger having my wife and children’s ID card. He then threatened to call the police on us because the picture that I sent of my son’s ID was apparently not clear enough for him. The property was not in the nicest area where it’s difficult to park, dangerous roads, dodgy lift, and staring people. My family and I travel worldwide using booking.com and we have never previously experienced this type of behavior. Welcome to Genoa!!

Summary: I would not advise people stay here.
