CARPORT AND ADDITIONAL PARKING
Our carport can accomodate one vehicle and has a low clearance. Most cars and smaller SVU's can easily fit. For larger SVU's and trucks we have an additional uncovered parking space. Driveway is shared with neighbors.
SMOKING
To keep the home fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $300 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal.
PARTIES & EVENTS
Parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 fee and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep our home in wonderful shape for all guests to come.
FARM ANIMALS
Please note that the perks of being located directly on/next to a farm include seeing goats and chickens in the backyard. This also means that you may sometimes hear roosters crow, goats bleat, and dogs bark. Please do not feed the animals. There is a livestock guardian dog that is fenced in with the chickens and goats; it is his job to protect the animals, so please donโt try to pet or feed them.
