Positive: The people, residents and others on holiday were all very friendly. Creating a lovely atmosphere. The apartment was nice spacious and.clean. pool was lovely.

Negative: The staff. Made to sit in blistering heat for 6 hrs after I explained we would be arriving earlier than the 5pm check in. A 10min walk to the office with all our luggage was all they offered, we could leave our luggage in the office until the apartment has been cleaned. Fortunately a lovely local let us into our complex and looked after our luggage until we could get into our apartment at 5pm. Then we had our flights cancelled twice and eventually got an evening flight. I whatsapped the office to ask if we could stay until 4pm instead of the normal 11am checkout. I was told yes so long as no one else books. We heard no more until they began hounding us to leave by telephone at 11:30am then proceeded to send very aggressive cleaners to hurry us out. So once again the friendly residents helped us out by watching our luggage until we had to leave for the airport. Beds were old and uncomfortable, very squeaky. Freezer leaked and was iced up so much you couldn't open one of the drawers. No baking or oven ware. 1 toilet roll, no tea towels, 1 washing up sponge. I would have preferred these instead of the complimentary wine 1 beer and 1 bag of crisps. You cannot stay here without a car. So we spent a lot on taxis.
