Getting Around:
We always recommend a vehicle but you can walk to tons of activities located in Pigeon Forge, TN as this location is as good as it gets!

Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum.

This condo is easily accessible by main roads and parkways. We always recommend 4x4 drive depending on all the areas you may travel within The Great Smoky Mountains region, but again, this condo is very easy to access being right in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, TN on flat, paved city roads.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided.

Bring your own coffee for the regular coffee maker.

This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem!

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Bears and wildlife are very protected in this area. Do not feed or bother bears or wildlife, at any time, during your stay. Thank you greatly for your understanding with this.
