The only thing between your private balcony and the beach sand is the custom-built boardwalk, nestled in the sea oats of Florida's emerald coast. Riviera Grande Penthouse is 1 of only 3 private apartments of The Riviera Grande beachfront residences. The onsite pool deck has ample lounge chairs and dining tables with the private beach boardwalk. Perfectly situated in the tranquil surroundings of West Panama City Beach; Pier Park is just a 5-mile breeze to the left and the beginning of Scenic 30A is 20 minutes to the right!
As the highest elevation of The Riviera Grande complex, guests of Riviera Grande Penthouse can take the quiet lobby elevators straight up to their floor (luggage and grocery trips are a breeze)! Inside, the foyer leads guests into the main living space. Fully equipped with an open concept kitchen, dining and living area – each feature was designed to accommodate any occasion! The 10 ft. dining table seats up to 8 guests with an additional 5 high top stools at the wrap around kitchen counter. The separate wet bar features a beverage refrigerator, sink area and all the proper tools & appliances to make coffee at sun-up and spirits at sun-down. Multiple couches and comfortable seating reside in the living area for optimal chillout time, while the fully furnished walkout balcony opens directly to the salt air and beach waves of the Florida coastline! For those that enjoy an extra special experience, we invite you to dine outside next to the waves as often as possible (no view of the beach is ever the same as the one before, always something new to see). There are 4 private suites at Riviera Grande Penthouse, each with their own ensuite. Exceptional views of the beach are waiting just outside the private balcony of the beachfront king suite, while a second king resides just across the hall. To the left of the foyer are the remaining suites, 1 king and 1 queen, each with partial views of the waves. For added convenience, there is a full sized laundry room as well.

*All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered if something unexpected arises before or during your stay.
