Positive: Cleaning team worked perfectly. Administration was very helpful. Many interesting facilities. The nature is very beautiful.

Negative: I booked for 2 adults and 2 children for 2 days to have winter fun with family. When i arrived, I brought also an infant, (plans unexpectedly changed, and could not leave my 1,9 y.o infant with grandparents) and was asked to move to bigger room due to safety issues. Its ok, i fully agree - safety first. I additionally paid 200 usd. But when i came to the room, i found only 1 bed and 1 sofa. I contacted administration asking where children should sleep, since they sell for room whole family, and they proposed to pay additional fee for extra bed. The question is if you sell for a number of people, you should provide for this cost number of sleeping places, but not a room. No logic at all.
