Summary: This is a beautiful resort with stunning views, well-maintained grounds, and excellent pools. The property itself is beautiful. I also want to recognize Benjamin at breakfast, who was genuinely friendly and attentive, along with one of the pool servers who provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the service from nearly everyone else was the worst I've experienced at a hotel of this caliber. Most staff members seemed inconvenienced by having to interact with guests. Whether taking an order, delivering room service, or responding to a simple request, they often came across as annoyed. It wasn't an isolated incident but was instead the consistent tone throughout our stay. The pace of service was equally disappointing. Waiting 30-45 minutes for cocktails became the norm, and on multiple occasions we had to ask more than once for our check because the initial request was seemingly forgotten, with no acknowledgment. What makes all of this especially frustrating is that the resort itself is so beautiful and commands premium rates. At this price point, guests should reasonably expect staff who are welcoming and focused on providing hospitality. Instead, the overall impression was that guests were an inconvenience. It's unfortunate because this property has tremendous potential, but until the service culture improves, it's difficult to recommend despite the beautiful setting.
