Sunshine Cottage offers a perfect retreat for the couple or single traveler wanting to be away from the main stream on Providenciales. In the sleepy settlement of Cooper Jack, our two acres sit 95 feet above sea level, the views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Five Cays are awe inspiring, and, Oh the breeze! Relax on the natural stone patio or under the pergola at the crystal clear 35 ft. saline pool, chaise loungers await you, bring a good book, RELAX, Be in the Moment. Below us is Discovery Bay and the open waters of the Atlantic. Watch kite boarders sailing down from Long Bay, bone fishermen enjoying the flat shallow waters and dive boats heading out to The Wall. Our cottage sits up and away from Sunshine house that is also listed on Vrbo, #119860. We have a queen size memory foam bed, full kitchen, desk and a, soak tub and rain shower. We are located in the sleepy settlement of Cooper Jack, on the south side, center of Providenciales, making a short drive to all the marinas, beaches, restaurants and shopping on island, everything is within a 10 to 15 drive from Sunshine House. Come feel the magic on the hill, you won’t want to leave🌺

Summary: The listing was very accurate. It was more beautiful in-person. We stayed at the cottage during the first week of May. It was really hot, but the a/c worked fine. The pool was also great for cooling off. We highly recommend renting a car, it is almost necessary for getting around. The location of the cottage was away from the tourist areas and major traffic, but easy to get around. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in a quiet area. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Robin was very communicative and thorough with her instructions. Thank you so much for accommodating our stay!
