Summary: A huge thank you to the entire Rove JBR team! We chose this exceptional hotel on JBR Walk to celebrate my rebirth after a fight against breast cancer. This stay was much more than a trip: it was a real lesson in excellence and customer service. From the impeccable comfort of the room - large, perfectly equipped with its large refrigerator and spacious sanitary facilities - to the warm and family atmosphere, everything was perfect. Congratulations to Ahmad, an exemplary manager, always smiling and inspiring. Thank you for Rachel team take the Time for me as well as all the shadow teams of remarkable efficiency. Your attention at every moment, your kindness and your outstanding professionalism made this moment unforgettable. A sublime stay that I recommend with my eyes closed.
