Positive: Great location, nice view, clean place, nice kitchen amenities
Negative: Door code 10 digits- really? It DID NOT WORK! And we were not given the hidden lockbox code ahead of time. We had to call Vacasa go thru a long phone tree to get a real person to get the lock box code to get the real key. Even with the real key the door was difficult to unclock and even LOCK. The deadbolt thing just spins around freely. Had to play with it- push pull several times to get it open and locked again. There must be an easier way!
Summary: We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
