Beautiful lake and mountain views from several bedrooms, great room, as well as from a wrap around deck and terrace patio. All paved roads lead to the house so no need for 4x4.
A private covered dock with an open slip is ready for your boat. 250 ft. of lake shore so you won't feel crowded & dock remains floating in the wide cove all year round.
