Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful. The scenery was stunning and there were lots of trails near by as well as shopping areas and walking paths along the river just a short drive away. The rental was perfect for what we were looking for: scenic views, relaxation, beds were very comfortable and clean, the kids had a blast in the pool. We had a great time.
Negative: The check in process through booking.com was a little confusing and needed extra identity verification before the rental could go through. Aside from emails asking for an updated payment there was no communication of what the problem was. We ended up spending 30-45 min driving around and calling the Vacasa number and waiting on hold multiple times (we were hung up on the first time but it may have been an accident) When we were finally able to get connected they were very helpful and helped us figure everything out. It was just a process to get ahold of anyone and like I said confusing.
Summary: We had a great time and would definitely stay again in the future.
