Positive: - A luxurious large house, which is just a touch old - Has everything you need to stay - Very spacious by Japanese standards with 4 separate bedrooms - Amazing view of the sea from the second floor - Sound of the waves - 25 metres to the beach which feels very private - Expect that you need a car there - Crabs on the beach!
Negative: - Worst WiFi we had in 2+ years of recent travelling. One may not need the WiFi with such sea, but we had 3 children with us - It is possible to swim, and it is nice, but in low tide a bit difficult to enter the water (can walk 100m side where it is a bit better) - It would be helpful if the property had: drying rack, knife for spreading the butter. We however left a grater
