A comfortable stay awaits when you book this spacious, four-bedroom family home in Bethany Beach! Gleaming hardwood floors and plenty of natural light greet you upon entry. If the weather permits, step out onto your back deck with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. When you start getting hungry, head inside for breakfast. The open kitchen features tons of counter space, gleaming stainless steel appliances, and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast. Dine together at the adjacent table for eight, or step into the sunroom and eat at the table for four.
When itโs time to head out, youโre spoiled for choice with all the amenities at the Salt Pond Community clubhouse. If youโd like to explore on two wheels, your home comes with four adult bikes and four kidsโ bikes. Rather explore by water? Three kayaks are at your disposal as well. After a day of fun, return home for more fun. Thereโs a Ping-Pong table waiting in the garage for a little bit of friendly competition. Kidsโ games, toys, and books are also available. If youโve got work to catch up on, thereโs an office attached to the main bedroom suite downstairs. End the night with a little TV or a family board game before drifting off to sleep, dreaming of another perfect vacation day tomorrow.
The Salt Pond Community overlooks a mid-length, executive 18-hole golf public course. It also includes an outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool), three tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool and spa (open September-June only) and fitness equipment.

Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.

Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the โDamage Waiverโ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
