This spacious 3 bedroom holiday house offers breathtaking views across Marengo Beach and Hayleys Reef from the living, dining, kitchen and two of the three bedrooms.
Saltwater Haven is ideally located in Apollo Bay as it is only a leisurely 5 minute walk to the Barham River, Marengo and Apollo Bay Beaches, Harbour, Shops, Cafes and Restaurants.
Well behaved pets are very welcome at Saltwater Haven.
Dogs must be house trained, well behaved, kept off the furniture and never left alone inside please. There is a secure back yard for doggies to be safely left if you go out for the day and can't take them with you. Dog friendly beaches are a 5 minute walk away!

I am the property manager of Saltwater Haven and manage this great property on the owners behalf. I like to give my guests as much privacy as possible during their stay but am only a phone call or SMS away.
Apollo Bay is a lovely peaceful seaside town.
It has a great selection of Cafes, Restaurants and Gift Shops.
Beaches are clean and clear and perfect all year around.
Apollo Bay is very easy to get around on foot, by car or by bike!
COVID Cancellation Policy
* Bookings that are unable to travel due to an enforced Victorian lockdown will be fully refunded.
* Group/Multiple Household bookings will not be issued a credit/refund if Covid Restrictions do not allow multiple households to travel during the booking dates, it just means that the booking can still be fulfilled but with less guests. The extra guest charges will be refunded and the remainder of the booking will be happily refunded/credited if the entire booking period is rebooked minus the $25 admin fee.
Standard Cancellation Policy.
In the event you need to cancel your booking within the Cancellation Policy period I will do my best to rebook the accommodation. If successful I will refund part of/all of your booking. This will be dependant on how many nights/$$ the property is rebooked for.
Arrival is from 3pm. Departure is by 10am unless arranged prior with management.
Early arrival and late departure incur a fee of $50 per hour.
The property is strictly non-smoking. A $750 fine will apply for smoking inside.
All guests are to be booked and paid for including children sleeping in beds.
There is a strict no-party and schoolies policy.
Please consider your neighbours, keep noise down after 10pm and be mindful that the property is located in a residential area.
All dogs are to be house trained and well behaved.
Dog poo is to be picked up and disposed in red wheelie bin.
Please leave property in neat and tidy condition. Dishes are to washed, dried and packed away OR dishwasher set to washing on departure. Lights, Electric Blankets and Heating turned off. Doors locked. Additional fees may apply if not.
