THIS ROCHE HARBOR CONDO IS NEW TO OUR PROGRAM. It provides a delightful view across the lagoon looking at Roche Harbor Resort. The view is nearly straight east overlooking the marina shore side of Roche Harbor where there are many amenities in a short walking distance including shops, restaurants and a good market. The lagoon in front of the condo can have many types of waterfowl, seals, otters, raccoons and of course deer. If you are lucky a fox sometimes passes through. Bring your favorite pair of binoculars.
This two bedroom, two story condo has a queen bedroom on the main floor and two queens in the upstairs loft, accessed by a spiral staircase. The staircase would be difficult to navigate if carrying luggage so please realize its nature could possibly make comfortable access by "mature" individuals challenging. Also be aware there is no bathroom on the loft level.
Enjoy the cozy eating nook for meals or sit at the counter in the kitchen so you can be part of the meal planning and preparation. Or eat out at the restaurants at Roche Harbor, all a few minutes walking time from this condo unit.
There are two tiled bathrooms: one with combo tub/shower and one with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are on the main floor.
Everything is here for a wonderful time at the most popular resort in the San Juan Islands.
Please note there are 22 steps to get to the entrance. There is also a steep narrow interior spiral staircase to the bedrooms (easiest to go down backwards).
