Compass Point #243: This beautiful corner unit has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and features a spacious floor plan with an open kitchen into the living and dining room. These owners have remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms. They have painted, purchased all new furnishings and put in all new carpet and tile throughout. The kitchen has upscale marble counter tops, deep stainless steel sink, new appliances and comes fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and private en-suite remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower and large closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The newly remodeled guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower. Across from the guest bathroom there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The living room has a Smart TV, comfortable recliners and sofa. From the Living Room you walk out to a screened balcony which has a serene setting and peeking view of the Gulf. There is also a smaller balcony off the dining/kitchen area which overlooks the property and the new soon to be finished tennis courts across the street. Compass Point has a lovely pool and bathroom facilities at the pool. Gas BBQ grills and a new boardwalk out to the beach. Owners provide free Wifi, beach equipment and 2 bikes for you to use (no beach riding please!). Dwelling License Number RDWL-008196 THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED.
