Positive: Room was big and airy. Balcony and view lovely.
Negative: Certain staff were unfriendly. Wasn't made aware of where breakfast was, until a cleaner told us to sit in a room (because we had a dog). Wasn't explained how to get breakfast until I waited at reception (longer than i should have, and only because a cleaner shouted her that i was waiting did she speak to me). Cleaner was helpful. Wait staff helpful.
