This tranquil enclave offers a tropical paradise with beach views abound. The 3000 sq. foot home comes with an outdoor entertaining area. The beach access is just a 3-minute easy walk.
Palmeira Way is located within walking distance of many restaurants, including the Cafe Thirty-A, a grocery store (Publix), Pier Park shopping center, and only minutes from water sports, fishing, several golf courses, and other family attractions like the world famous Seaside community.
The maximum occupancy is 8 adults and 4 kids. We strongly recommend only sleeping teenagers or younger in twin top bunks.

Under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on-premises. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. No parties or events are permitted on the property.
