The centre of the property is the huge open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, complete with patio door leading to the garden and the hot tub. The living area has three comfy sofas and a Smart TV, and the views from this room are amazing. The dining area has a huge dining table and eight chairs for those evening meals together as a family. The luxury modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make a lovely meal. The hall leads to the family bathroom which has a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. Bedroom two has a king size bed and direct access to the family shower room. Bedroom three has a double bed. All bedrooms are of substantial size and include bedside tables with lamps and wardrobes. The utility room is located at the end of the hall with a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and a boot and shoe area. There is ample parking for three to four vehicles, an outside charge point and ramp access to the property.
The garden is set to wildflowers and some lawn at the rear of the property, along with a seating area, and six-person hot tub which is completely secluded.
