Positive: 5 minute walk to Nagoya station. Only apartment on the floor, everything you could need and great room information booklet. The paper walls were gorgeous!
Negative: Listening to the people above walk on their floor. The lack of a usable flat surface. The benches/tables/desk where all slats and therefore could not effectively have anything put on them
