Summary: The owners were very accessible and congenial. The condo was perfect and well-appointed! The only glitch we had was with cable TV in the guest bedroom. We were having guests and wanted them to be able to watch TV from bed. It was addressed quickly by the owner when he got the cable company there the next day. The walk from the huge patio around to the pool got you in the sun! We saw two space launches from the pool area. The location on A1A offered quick access north through Daytona Beach Shores and Daytona Beach (Tour the International Speedway) and south to Ponce Inlet and the tallest Lighthouse in Florida. The location offers easy 1 1/4-hour access to the Kennedy Space Center and St. Augustine and 25 minutes to New Smyrna Beach, a real neat beach town. The only other glitch we had was the January weather which prevented Seychelles from heating the pool. Their condo on the ground floor offers quick and convenient access from the garage to the unit, especially with a luggage or grocery cart without needing an elevator. We highly recommend this condo!
