Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious great room with large picture windows overlooking the lake and a stone wood-burning fireplace. With a sizable kitchen and dining area, family meals are a breeze. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first-floor primary suite is furnished with a king size bed. The two additional bedrooms with double/full size beds and full bathroom are located on the second floor. On the property, you'll enjoy the magnificent dock that provides a myriad of activities like, fishing, swimming, boating, star gazing or dining while enjoying beautiful 4th Lake sunsets. A propane grill is available for your use, along with a lakeside fire pit. This property can be enjoyed year-round and is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, hiking trails and snowmobile trails.
