Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff are absolutely excellent above and beyond expectations. We felt welcomed from the very first moment. The lady even asked us our individual preferences for breakfast, and then made us coffee. We were also allowed to take anything we wanted and she was anything but strict about our checkout time. There was a brand new smart TV and a spacious bathroom.

Negative: I feel extremely bad about giving it only a 6 due to the aforementioned positives. The bedside lights were extremely bright and cold (hospital-like), but the real problem was that the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable unlike anything I have ever slept on. Neither of us could have a restful night's sleep. I wish this wasn't the case as I wanted to praise the care and appreciate the great experience we had with the staff.
