Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: We stayed at the hotel for four nights and had an excellent experience. We especially want to mention the morning shift manager, who always welcomed us with a big smile, was very kind, and even helped us book our next hotel. He handled everything for us in such a nice and professional way. We upgraded to a larger room which was spacious and very comfortable. It was clean, and the room was cleaned every day. You could really feel the attention to the small details. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
