Summary: We spent four wonderful days at Shongwe Oasis and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were truly incredible, consistently going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and they made a special effort to help celebrate my husband's birthday, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning and was always enjoyable. The property is also centrally located, making it easy to access local attractions and activities. Our only minor criticism is that the room was a little noisy from around 07h00 each morning, as it bordered the kitchen and service area where staff begin preparing for the day. However, this did not detract significantly from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Shongwe Oasis to anyone visiting Victoria Falls.
