Come enjoy all Southern Maine has to offer all year round! Just 30 minutes to Portsmouth NH, 40 minutes to Portland and 10 minutes from beautiful Rachel Carson preserve. Enjoy our many beaches, snow shoeing, hiking and leaf peeping! Sleeps-12. It's only a 13-minute walk to Ogunquit Beaches and Marginal Way & ONLY a 6-minute walk to popular Downtown Village restaurants, bars, entertainment and retail shops. This private house has a large, elevated, 27 X 11-foot back deck with new chairs and table, gas grill and a new huge 15 x 8-foot automatic awning for sun and rain protection. Inside offers an open concept, includes a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, lobster pot, plates, glasses, silverware, etc…) breakfast bar, bar stools, dining table, and living room with huge couch and pull-out love-seat sleeper. Extra semi-private living room also on first floor has a pull-out queen sofa. Also on first floor is a master bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with shower. Washer & dryer on first floor in a closet. Upstairs has 2 very large bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen size bed) and a 3rd bedroom upstairs has bunk beds and a pull-out twin size couch. Also a ready-to-use rolling Murphy Bed can be moved anywhere upstairs. A full large bathroom including tub and shower is upstairs. If you have to work or want some space to write or read there is a semi-private office nook with desk and comfy chair upstairs. Fully air conditioned and heated upstairs and down, washer & dryer, wifi, 2 Smart TV's and Keurig coffee machine. Linen and bath towels included. Attached to the legendary Omelette Factory breakfast restaurant (menu @ www.omelettefactoryme.com) There is additional sound proofing installed for the downstairs bedroom. Sleeps 12 people. 3-day minimum: Check in is 3:00 PM / Check-out is 11:00 AM
