Positive: I loved the location of the appartement, you can walk to everything and your view is of a beautiful church. Gorgeous and amazing value. It's ridiculous how perfectly located this place is. I loved how easy it was to just occupy the space and live here. We saved lots of money by simply cooking our dinners and/or breakfasts and we saved on backpack space because we knew we could simply wash our clothes. The beds are comfortable, the bedding is lovely as are the towels. All living essentials are present apart from food obviously and I needed more laundry pods than just the 1 provided in the cleaning pack but even that was really lovely. (I did leave some for others so lucky you whoever gets to stay there next). The management is easy to contact and is very attentive and helpful. Despite their remote working it doesn't feel that you are stranded without help when needed. So well done to staff. Unexpectedly the family game pack in the living room has started a small obsession with chess between me and my partner. It's lovely to have something like that present in the apartment as well as the stacking blocks which were great fun. That's the sort of small things that make a difference and we genuinely appreciate. There is no smell in the apartment which is something strange to mention but I think it's very important for those with sensory issues like me. Overall I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I visit Brighton again. Such a convenient and lovely place for the right people and I really hope future guests respect this space and enjoy it just as much as we have. - Urszula and Daniel
Negative: The clean could have been better before our arrival. More coffee and sugar packets needed but I wouldn't recommend open containers that can become contaminated. Because this is a remotely managed property the small bespoke things that a host usually does are simply not present and there is a general lack of attention to detail however that's me being picky. I would 100% recommend staying here. The sofa bed is neither a sofa or a bed and it deserves a spot in hell for that. It's not practical, not comfortable, it's such a useless piece of furniture that it's actually quite impressive. Thin ish walls, can hear everything in the corridor but nothing too major like hearing conversations from other apartments.
Summary: The sofa bed from hell but this place is MAGIC.
