Pretty potted blooms with trees, adorn the gravelled courtyard’s al fresco dining area, whilst the sweeping lawn stretches down to the swimming pool at the far end of the garden. The home features a 20m2 private swimming pool (that can be heated with an additional fee) and a two seated Jacuzzi. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, and a captivating in ground lounge area so you can relax all day long cherishing Cretan Summer! Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities (charcoal) & Pizza Oven, (TV & fridge also available) offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over! Various outdoor fitness equipment spreads through the lawn featuring an Eliptic, Bike and TRX. The bonus of the villa is an outdoor bathroom featuring a walk in shower which is located next to the pool area. For our younger guests and outdoor playground and a children’s slide in the pool awaits to inspire endless game time.

The retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms, one more guest can sleep in the folding armchair, and two more guests can sleep on the comfy couches in the living room area. The Bespoke Home is set on the ground and first floor. Entering the villa you will find an authentic Cretan living-cum area with a Smart LG 43’TV, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a dinning area for togetherness time with loved ones. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa boasts 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel.The two bedrooms lay on the first floor feature queen’s beds (1,60x2,00), and the other bedroom feature two single beds (0.90x2.00) both with premium linen. They are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. All bedrooms are fully equipped with beds (High Quality natural mattresses and premium linen), fitted wardrobes, led TVs, wonderful settings and include air conditioning. One more guest can sleep in the single armchair and two more guests can be accommodated in two couched on the ground floor. The residence also features one spacious bathroom on the first floor with a walking shower.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
