Peaceful Indulgence is a tastefully decorated modern 3 bedroom/3.5 bath Seven Springs Mountain Resort Sunridge townhome. Its stylish interior creates a comfortable haven after a day's excitement.
Location location location! We are ultra-convenient to ski in/ski out skiing as well as the Seven Springs resort amenities, mountain activities and laurel highlands adventures for extended family or a couple's weekend. Village trail ski slope is across the cul-de-sac for ski in-out trail access. Summer shared Sunridge pool and spa is just ~100 yards away.
On the first level is the living room with large screen TV and ornamental stone fireplace. Kitchen is updated with all new stainless appliances including a large refrigerator, sparkling granite counter tops and white cabinets. Pots/pans, dinnerware, small appliances (crock pot, toaster, blender, etc), spices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate are included for you to enjoy.
Dining table seats 8 and kitchen breakfast island seats 4. This south facing corner unit with skylights is drenched in sun from morning to night. Updated half bath is accessible from kitchen.
Finally, the First Floor Master bedroom has a king bed and updated ensuite bath.
Second floor includes two queen bedrooms, two full, updated baths (including bathtubs with showers) and a loft with two full sized bunk beds. Full sized washer and dryer are available behind hinged doors from the loft.
Outdoor patio includes grill.
Heated attached garage has ski and coat racks, shelves for boots and helmets and hanging baskets for gloves and hats.
During the summer, use the large communal outdoor pool / hot tub, tennis, pickleball & basketball courts, and children's playground - all within about 100 yards of the condo. Catch a resort shuttle in front of the clubhouse year-round for access to Seven Springs Main Resort.
