Sky Loft is located in the prestigious Castle Glen Estates. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, it offers a serene setting. With a fully fenced and landscaped front yard. Featuring mature Evergreen trees, a pond and holly bushes. Relax on the front porch swing and enjoy the landscape.
Entering this well taken care of home, to the left you will find garage access, into the homes converted game room. Featuring a pool table, large table for card or board games, a flat screen TV and a large oversized sectional. Back inside and to the left is the homes laundry room with a full size washer and dryer available for tenant use.
Just down the hall is the first bedroom with a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed as well. There is a 3/4 bath in the hallway.
Step into the family room area where you will find plush leather sofas, with one offering a queen sleeper. There is a wood burning fireplace and a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. You can gain patio access off of the family room.
Step out and enjoy the expansive deck. There is a propane barbecue grill and a large table for outdoor dining. Step up to the upper deck area which features a propane fire pit and ample seating. Up here you can enjoy the sun, look out over Bakers pond or enjoy the stars at night. The backyard area is also fully fenced.
Back inside the home you will find the homes kitchen. Featuring a large breakfast counter with stools. There is a fridge/freezer combo, an electric counter cook top and a double electric wall oven. Provided is a dishwasher, microwave, and a large kitchen island, great for food prep. There is a standard coffee maker provided.
Off the kitchen is the homes dining area, with a great table to enjoy a nice meal. Off the family room area is the homes master suite. With a King size bed, deck access and a flat screen TV. The master bath has ample closet space.
With a great location, well manicured outdoor space and equally cared for interior this home is a great place for your mountain getaway.
