Summary: This is the worst Sleep Inn I ever stayed at. The door on the shower was broken; there was NO soap or tissues in the bathroom and only a half-used roll of toilet paper. The caulk was missing all around the toilet, there were paint splatters on the tiles, and the sink area was stained and damaged. The room itself was dingy, the fridge barely cooled, the ice bucket was full of water, the bedside lampshade was just set on the lamp and not secured and the desk lamp was covered in rust. I was so exhausted after driving for nearly 17 hours that I just took a lukewarm soap free shower and basically passed out. This morning when I checked out, I spoke to the manager about the condition of the room, and she simply apologized and said there was nothing she could do because I hadn't complained after checking in. Apparently, I could have gotten my money back and gone to another hotel. I will NEVER stay at that property again.
