A casa fica num condomínio fechado com mercearia e restaurante a cerca de 200 metros. (muito perto). A praia, chamada Emissário de Arembepe, fica a 2 km em linha reta por uma estrada de terra com estacionamento gratuito em uma praia com cais de pesca e um pequeno rio. A praia é linda, mas não há como nadar por causa das pedras (é muito perigoso nadar lá). Para o banho mais próximo, existe uma piscina natural na praia de Arembepe. Existem também algumas praias bonitas e populares nas proximidades, incluindo Guarajuba e Itacimirim. A famosa Praia do Forte fica a 20 km ao norte. Praia do Forte tem música ao vivo, boa comida e muitas lojas. A propriedade dispõe de uma pequena piscina exterior aberta durante todo o ano no jardim da frente. A casa acomoda até nove pessoas com dois colchões extras. Possui duas redes para relaxar.
A espaçosa casa de temporada tem 3 quartos, 4 banheiros, roupa de cama, toalhas, TV de tela plana com serviços de streaming, área para refeições, cozinha totalmente equipada e varanda térrea. Nós, os proprietários, somos Jim e Loide Parker, casados há mais de trinta anos e morando nos EUA e Dilma Rodrigues, irmã de Loide que mora na Bahia e fica perto da casa. Loide e eu visitamos familiares no Brasil com frequência. Esta casa não tem vista para o oceano, mas está perto. Está em uma área segura. Segurança primeiro. Fica em um condomínio fechado e temos câmeras de segurança na frente e nos fundos.
Estação do Projeto Tamar Praia do Forte fica a 30 km ao norte de Sol e Mar. O aeroporto mais próximo é o Aeroporto Internacional de Salvador, a 30 km ao sul desta casa confortável.

The house is in a gated community with a grocery store and a restaurant about 200 meters away. (very close). A beach, called Emissario de Arembepe is 2 km straight down a dirt road with free parking at a beach with a fishing dock and a small river. The beach is beautiful but there is no swimming because of the rocks (too dangerous to swim there). For the nearest swimming, there is a natural swimming pool at the beach of Arembepe. There are also a few popular and beautiful beaches nearby including Guarajuba and Itacimirim. The famous Praia do Forte is 20 km to the north. Praia do Forte has live music, good food and plenty of shops. The property comes with a year-round, small, outdoor pool in the front yard. The house sleeps up to nine with two extra mattresses. It has two hammocks for relaxing.
The spacious holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio. The air-conditioning is in the master bedroom and the other two bedrooms have ceiling fans. This holiday home also features 4 bathrooms with a shower. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.
We, the owners, are Jim and Loide Parker, married for thirty plus years and living in the USA and Dilma Rodrigues, Loide’s sister who lives in Bahia and is nearby the house. Loide and I visit family in Brazil often. This house is not overlooking the ocean, but it is close. It is in a safe area. Safety first. It is in a gated community and we have security cameras in the front and back.
