Positive: Great hotel, located in a more remote area of Mallorca. It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach the hotel from the main airport. The hotel has excellent facilities, with two separate pool areas. Restaurant service was great — even with a limited staff, they did a fantastic job. Everyone was very friendly from the moment we arrived.
