Summary: Not impressed with this hotel. We checked-in at 8pm and our room was not ready. When check-in starts earlier in the day, we expected that by 8pm our room would be ready to go. The front desk said there were things missing and it would take about 5 minutes to ready the room. 10 minutes later we were finally able to get in. The door was extremely hard to open. I had to put my entire weight into as it had been broken and never fully fixed. The floors/carpet were damp, there was leftover food in our fridge, the shower curtain had brown mildew all over the bottom, there was no shampoo or soap left in the room and you could see through the 2 towels (only 2 in the room for 3 people) that were in the room. Additionally, the pool/hot tub were closed for the entirity of our stay. I would not recommend staying here.
