Just a short walk to the Tim Buck II shopping center, Monterey Plaza and the beach access. This well-appointed home has open common areas on all three levels..
The top level includes a main bedroom suite, a private deck with ocean views, and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. Lets talk kitchen - wow! If you are cooking family meals, grabbing a snack, or having drinks, this home’s kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will ever need. Don't forget to pause and soak in the ocean view while looking from the kitchen into the family room. A new smart TV make the family room a great spot to chill and enjoy some great family time. If you want to catch some afternoon rays or enjoy some quiet time while listening to the ocean waves crashing, just choose from one of the multiple decks. You can also lay poolside in the comfort of your own oasis. If you must work while on vacation, you can still enjoy the fantastic ocean view from the top deck. Mid Level: This offers a lovely main bedroom with a Whirlpool and private deck, a second main bedroom, and a third bedroom that shares a bathroom with a bunkroom.
Top Level: The features a beautiful great room with a gas fireplace, a TV with digital cable, DVD, and a stereo, elegant dining area, full kitchen, and a screened porch. Rounding it out is a luxurious main bedroom with TV, whirlpool, and a private deck. Come enjoy fun in the sun as well as convenient access to the beach, shopping, and community amenities.
Amenities: Guests may enjoy a private 16 foot by 32 foot newly heated pool, poolside cabana and bar, hot tub, gas fireplace, high-speed internet, three two TVs, three two DVD players, two stereos, a video/book library, two refrigerators, two Whirlpool tubs, baby items (a Porta crib and a high chair), a screened-in porch, bike rack, hammock, and a private gas grill with a table/bench. Beach access goes for 130 yards.
New for 2021: Guests can enjoy a renovated kitchen (including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and fresh paint), renovated bathrooms (including tile/vinyl plank flooring, granite countertops, updated lighting and mirrors, freshly paint, and updated decor), renovated kitchenette in the basement (which includes granite countertops and a new microwave and refrigerator), new flooring (new carpeting in bedrooms, and vinyl plank flooring and tile throughout the remainder of the house), new pool lounge chairs, pool heat, and a new smart TV in the family room.
