New to the rental program 2023!- Amazing location!! This fantastic newly decorated and updated duplex gives you the perfect place to enjoy your beach vacation. Located right across the street from the beach access for a super easy walk to the beach, and beautiful ocean breezes and views. Walk up to the middle level great room with both ocean side and back decks to enjoy the cool breezes and sunsets over the sound side. Great room has living area, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining table, and a half bath. Upper level has two bedrooms and one bath. Sound side bedroom has a king size bed, oceanside bedroom has two twins and walks out to a small deck with an ocean view. This home has a garage area to store your beach gear, and parking for two cars. There is a nice open grassy back yard and a private sand shower for washing off your sand/salt after a beautiful day on the beach. Sorry- no pets and no smoking. Guest responsible for bringing linens and towels for their stay.
