Summary: New ownership. Didn't even have their sign up yet. Very friendly staff. Room was clean enough but white bath towel had black stains on it. Caulking in bathroom looked like a five year old did it. Bed was very comfortable. The price was very reasonable and give them a little time to update and this will be nice. I would stay here again.
